“There are three responses to a piece of design – Yes, No, and WOW! Wow is the one to aim for.”

Milton Glaser

Print design is a graphic design, creative process of producing a visual communication and presentation that is performed in order to convey a specific message or messages to a targeted audience, purposely made for printing.

“It doesn’t matter how many times I have to click, as long as each click is a mindless, unambiguous choice.”

Steve Krug

Web design is a process of conceptualizing, planning, and building a collection of electronic files that determine the layout, colors, text styles, structure, graphics, images, and use of interactive features that deliver pages to your site visitors.

“A brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You earn reputation by trying to do hard things well.”

The marketing practice of creating a name, symbol or design that identifies and differentiates a product from other products. An effective brand strategy gives you a major edge in increasingly competitive markets. But what exactly does “branding” mean? Simply put, your brand is your promise to your customer. It tells them what they can expect from your products and services, and it differentiates your offering from that of your competitors. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be.

“If you do good work for good clients, it will lead to other good work for other good clients. If you do bad work for bad clients, it will lead to other bad work for other bad clients.”

Michael Bierut

The management process through which goods and services move from concept to the customer. It includes the coordination of four elements called the 4 P’s of marketing:
(1) identification, selection and development of a product
(2) determination of its price
(3) selection of a distribution channel to reach the customer’s place
(4) development and implementation of a promotional strategy.

Just about anything. Simple, Right? Well, I guess I’ll be more specific. Mostly we design for print. We’ve been working in the print & design field for 14 years and as a result we have oodles of knowledge about all things print. If it needs to be printed, we know how to do it right. That being said, we have significant experience with painting, web design, video, motion graphics, and even audio design.

Concepting a design comes in two forms for us. 1. Intimate, contemplative, alone 2. Cooperative, fun, shared When these two approaches mix, for any one project, we usually get the best results. As with most things in life, communication is key and we always make sure that there is enough to make the project perfect. We use Adobe Creative Cloud software almost exclusively with Illustrator and Indesign being our favorite.

PASSION! Yep, really. Money is great. Honor and validation are nice. Charity feels good. Without any of that, we’d still be doing it. No joke.
